Psychodynamic Therapy is a gradual process of developing a deep awareness of 
that which is unknown to you (your unconscious) which is instrumental in understanding issues of, for example; power dynamics in relationships (family, colleagues, partners, friends etc), unacknowledged trauma, debilitating anxiety and depressive melancholia.
Psychodynamic Therapy can be especially effective for developing awareness of compulsive, repetitive destructive behaviours that cause internal suffering.
