Psychodynamic Therapy is a gradual process of developing a deep awareness of that which is unknown to you (your unconscious) which is instrumental in understanding issues of, for example:

  • Power dynamics resulting in controlling and domineering behaviours

  • Unacknowledged trauma 

  • Chaotic relationships (with yourself and others)

  • Depression (an inability to let go and create a new life for yourself)

  • Repetitive destructive behaviours that cause you and others harm
